About Dr. PS Malik

A hard-working student of science discipline completed LL.B. and joined the legal profession in eighties. He practiced on criminal side, civil side and Writ Jurisdiction of the Delhi High Court along-with the Public Interest Litigation. For period of time, PS Malik taught law as a subject to the students. Soon, PS Malik cleared exams for Delhi Judicial Services and joined the services.

In-service Study

During his service as a Judge, PS Malik completed his LL.M. and then thereafter he completed his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in law. Thus, after completing a journey of about thirty-six years in various fields of law, he started giving consultation as an expert in the legal fields.

PS Malik Judge

Dr. PS Malik had been a judge in the District Judiciary of Delhi for more than twenty five years. His unbending stature was unbearable to several Self Proclaimed Gods of Delhi Judiciary. The top among them was an Acting Chief Justice. That Acting Chief Justice conspired against Dr. PS Malik as a judge and that Acting Chief Justice, even lost its grace in the hands of the top judicial collegium of the Supreme Court of India which refused to elevate this Acting Chief Justice to a seat in Supreme Court of India.

Thugs in the garb of Elijah Impey

Thugs used to plunder people in the Indian Subcontinent from 1275 AD till the time of British India, when they were extirpated. In British India there was one Raja Nandakumar who was judicially meandered by one such Thug turned judge Elijah Impey, the then Chief Justice of the Sadr Diwani Adalat. It was the most notorious case of Human History of Civilized People. Elijah Impey committed a judicial murder of Raja Nandakumar because Raja simply fascinated the daughter of Warren Hastings the then Governor General.

This shows that thugs were not found only in the rugged lands of central India, but in the cities of Calcutta and Delhi also. In the independent India those remnants of Medieval Thugs came in the garbs of Elijah Impey. Those thugs occupied the Apex positions in the Indian judiciary. By mere appearance it was confusing to find out whether Thugs tried to imitate certain judges or those certain judges had become Thugs. There was an issue of identity confusion. By the time the confusion could be cleared they made their onslaught on Dr. PS Malik.

The media, the machinery everything is in their control. They maligned him to the every possible extent. But they forgot that Truth can be slurred, it can blurred but the Truth cannot be buried for all futures to come.

False Implication is where a criminal law is set into motion against the one, without one’s being involved in the crime. A Bad Conviction is where a court out of its arrogance and ignorance or for any other extraneous factors, convicts a person.

अभी भी आजादी के 75 वर्ष बाद भी भारत में सबसे दुर्लभ वस्तु न्याय है। दंभ से भरे जज, बेहूदे कानून और अनियंत्रित भ्रष्टाचार ने आम आदमी को बहुत सताया है। यही राष्ट्र प्रेम है कि हम इस देश के इस सड़ चुके ज्यूडिशियल माहौल को ठीक करने के लिए कुछ करें। अन्यथा यहाँ अनेक समूहों ने अपने अपने ATM ज्यूडिशियरी के हर ठीए पर लगा दिए हैं। ज्यूडिशियल अट्टालिकाओं पर लगे लाउडस्पीकर जिन लच्छेदार भाषणों का समय समय पर प्रसारण करते दिखाई देते हैं वे बहुत भ्रमित करते रहेंगे। जिस तरह प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने इस देश की राजनीति को वंशवाद से मुक्त किया है उसी तरह इस देश को एक चीफ़ जस्टिस मोदी भी बहुत लंबे समय तक चाहिएँ ताकि यहाँ की इस पितृसत्तात्मक ज्यूडिशियरी को धो पौंछ कर साफ किया जा सके।

He realized that in present system of Indian law, the justice is the most expensive commodity. One can get a number of things easily but not the justice. In lieu of a handsome fee, what a common person gets in the courts is – an amorphous pleading, irrelevant authorities, uncountable dates and adjournments, NBWs, expenditure of Lakhs of Rupees, Careless attitude of judges and finally a judgment which hardly gives him what he had demanded.

This Callousness is the outcome of Vested Interests

A litigant in Indian environment has to constantly fight against corruption, lethargy, callousness, adjournments, desperation and lastly a decision which hardly would address anyone of his problems.
