In the present society, there are examples when women were seen misusing the precious right granted to them by the law of land. Indian laws related to Gender offences are not drafted in a better sense. They in general, follow a monochromatic approach.

Legal arrangements are there which cause a havoc fall on a male person, if a woman truly or falsely lodges a complaint against a man. All the state machinery stands up against that man without verifying whether the allegation by that woman is factually correct or not.

He is arrested, sent behind the bars, bail is refused, protracted procedure is given for Judicial disposal, Judges start giving sermons in Victorian English, Court pimps start their collusive plundering of the family by showing colourful dreams of an honourable acquittal. But on the ground, nothing material happens.

The accused is repeatedly sent to jail, bail applications are rejected, families are prompted to sell their jewellery and plots, vakalatnamas keep changing after each fifteen days. The only unaltered thing is the fate of the accused.

This needs to be changed

The complainant is hardly aware of the conditions around the accused. As several pimps have disclosed that some huge amounts of valuable printed paper instruments are sent somewhere. Then thereafter, a bail order is given to accused. This comes as a great relief for him.

The allegations are mostly false

As per National Crime Records Bureau about 28% of cases result into conviction. What is more aggravating is that this 28% of conviction is also highly deceptive? The accused of gender allegations are not given a proper opportunity to defend themselves. The Rules of defence for such accused persons have been forcibly skewed by the Legislature and the Judiciary. An accused of gender allegation does not the normal defence procedure to defend himself. A hundreds of ‘clauses’, ‘conditions’, ‘if … then’, etc. have been inserted into the general jurisprudence against such unfortunate human being who happen to be accused in this country.

This all-legal mathematics is practiced by the topmost Courts of the country. They have hypothesized that a woman does not falsely allege on anyone. They are using this axiom round the clock and all twenty-four hours. They have already buried thousands and millions of unfortunate accused based on this noble belief that women do not falsely allege. None can dare here to ask such sitters on the highest chairs what kind of truth is this that woman do not make false allegations. Whether it is mathematical theorem, or a scientific discovery, or some biological research or some psychological experiment or what? What is this? From where you have learnt it? But Indian Brown Babus find it ignominious to reply to real questions.

Hence, everything goes on smoothly.

It is on plain cards that when allegations are made against these Brown Babus they had decided it by being Judge in that matter.

Now public demands a change. People are not here in this world for being sacrificed ruthlessly.

Men, women, third gender or any other gender specific class, linguistic or racial class, born anywhere in this world are all equal political and legally. They be treated equally.
