अब आपको हम तक पहुँचने के लिए हमें फोन कॉल करना होगा या ईमेल करना होगा।

इसमें अगला काम होगा कि आप अपनी पूरी फाईल PDF में हमें भेजेंगे और हम अपने विशेषज्ञों जिसमें लॉयर्स, FSL Experts और रिटायर्ड पुलिस ऑफिसर्स होते हैं, के पास उस फाईल को अध्ययन के लिए भेजेंगे।

यहीं से मुश्किलों का पता चलेगा और यहीं से रास्ता निकलना शुरू होगा।  आपके केस की सही लीगल स्थिति का पता चलेगा। इस केस में जो भी प्रॉब्लम एरियाज़ मिलेंगे उनका समाधान हम निकालकर आपको देंगे।

आपकी केस फाईल का अध्ययन

आपकी केस फाईल कई विशेषज्ञों जिनमें फोरैन्सिक के पूर्व अधिकारी, पुलिस के पूर्व अधिकारी, पूर्व जज व अन्य टैक्नोलोजिकल एक्सपर्ट होते हैं। ये विशेषज्ञ आपकी फाइल को पढ़कर उसमें से Points निकालेंगे जिनपर चल कर आपको बचाया जा सकता है। इसके बाद उन Points पर काम शुरू किया जाएगा।

आपकी सहायता

आपको या आपके वकील साहब को तरीका बताया जाएगा। इसके बाद या तो आप और आपके वकील साहब मामले को संभाल लेंगे या यदि आप लोग चाहेंगे तो फोरैन्सिक वाले भाग में हम आप औप वकील साहब की सहायता भी कर सकेंगे। हम स्वयँ भी इसे करवा सकेंगे। लेकिन तब जब आपके वकील साहेब को इसमें मुश्किल ना हो।

All criminal Cases are based on the prosecution case. A copy of the prosecution case is given to the accused/his Lawyer. This contains various documents.

The first thing we at Indian-Legal-System love to do is to receive all of your documents to study them in depth. Your documents will studied by experts of Prosecution, Forensic, Investigation and law.  Hence, you should send all your documents i.e.:

1. The documents which the authorities claim are against you;
2. The documents which you think is in your favour, 
3. Any other document related to the matter in issue.

Any defence based on a single document is better than a defence based on hundred opinions. There are sections 91 & 92 in the Indian Evidence Act which also support this view. The courts have to follow this because this is the Statutory Law.

लेकिन यदि केस में कोर्ट द्वारा लॉयर को थाने जाने के लिए अधिकृत किया जाता है तो हमारे जो भी लॉयर होंगे वे आपके साथ अवश्य जाएँगे।

You should also send a photocopy of the fee for the case study, deposited by you. Thereafter your case will to go to the hands of the best experts of the these area and you will get the best assistance available in this problem.

After Receiving your Case File and Documents we will send it to the concerned experts. They will peruse it and send a report on different aspects of the case e.g. DNA Reports, Blood-Semen Samples, Mobile Reports, CDRs etc.

Then, We will give you all information about your case to you. We will also give the details of the different possibilities those are present in your case.

The Next thing ILS will tell you the steps you should take at present and which are likely to yield in future, because a Trial is not just attending the dates of court. It is something bigger. An advocate visualizes it and keep under his sleeve a card of trump for the last day.

Fee between a client and a lawyer is always a matter of solicitation. It is always confidential. So when someone in need comes to the office of the ILS, the aspect of Fee is discussed there.

However, there is a fixed amount of Registration Fee and Initial File Study Fee for studying the case file of the person in need. After receiving your case file, the same is sent to several experts like Advocates, Experts of Forensic, Voice Recording, CDR, DNA Profiling, Serologist etc.

Their opinions are then combined together by us  and the same is  presented to you.

यह आपके खुद सोचने की बात है कि कोर्ट की आपसे व्यक्तिगत दुश्मनी तो नहीं है जो सब उत्तर सही पाने के बाद आपके खिलाफ निर्णय आएगा। अतः आप ऐसी निराशावादी बातों को मन से निकाल कर, पॉज़िटिव सोच के साथ आगे बढ़ो।

निश्चय कर जीत करूँ

अपनी पूरी फाईल और कागजात को PDF में बदलवा लीजिए और हमारे ईमेल एड्रैस पर अटैच करके भेज दीजिए।

याद रखें

इसके साथ ही आपको अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर तथा फाइल स्टडी फीस पेमैंट की रसीद भी लगानी होगी। बिना रसीद के यह फाईल खोली नहीं जा सकेगी और ना ही विशेषज्ञों के पास भेजी जा सकेगी। इसे एक सप्ताह के बाद मेलबॉक्स से परमानैंटली डिलीट कर दिया जाएगा।

वैबसाइट के प्रत्येक पेज के सबसे ऊपर टॉप मेन्यू में CONTACT नाम का टैब है उसे क्लिक करें। वहाँ भी पूरा ब्यौरा दिया गया है।

यह आप पर निर्भर है। उचित तो यह है कि आप अपनी फाइल के अध्ययन के बाद मिलें क्योंकि तब हम आपके केस के सभी पहलू को जानते होंगे और आपके केस की परिस्थितियाँ आपको समझा पाएँगे।

लेकिन यदि परिस्थितिवश आपको लगता है कि आज ही मिलना जरूरी है तो मोबाइल पर टाइम नियत कर सकते हैं और मिल सकते हैं। पहले एपॉइन्टमैंट लेना इसलिए जरूरी है कि वह किसी दूसरे का टाइम डिस्टर्ब ना हो।

केस स्टडी के बाद होने वाली मीटिंग कॉम्पलीमैंटरी होगी। इसका कोई अलग से चार्ज नहीं होगा।

इसके अलावा यदि हमारे विशेषज्ञ इस मीटिंग के बाद आपको कोई नोट, समरी, या साराँश देते हैं तो वह भी कॉम्पलीमैंटरी होगा।

हमारा उद्देश्य आपको सपोर्ट करना है और पूरा सपोर्ट सिस्टम प्रस्तुत करवाना है। यदि आपको लगता है कि आपके केस में किसी सामाजिक प्रदर्शन की जरूरत है तो हम आपको उन संगठनों का पता दे सकते हैं जो Issue – Based – Support देते हैं। यहाँ से आगे मामला आपके और उनके बीच होगा हमारा इसमें कोई रोल नहीं होगा।

लेकिन इसमें एक सलाह होगी कि आपको कानूनी न्याय चाहिए जोकि कोर्ट्स के द्वारा दिया जाता है। कोर्ट्स को प्रदर्शन आदि से प्रभावित नहीं किया जा सकता है। कोर्ट्स को तो ठोस कानूनी दलील चाहिए। हाँ, कई बार प्रदर्शन से कोर्ट को ऐसा लग सकता है कि उन पर प्रभाव डालने की कोशिश की जा रही है। इससे मुश्किलें और बढ़ सकती हैं।

Protection of Identity in legal matters is a point of concern and consideration both. The protection of Identity of a woman victim is legally guaranteed under the Indian Penal Code. The discloser of the identity is punishable under law.

So far as the identity of the accused is concerned, it is not protected in general, although there have, lately, been demands that a person should not be maligned until he/she is found guilty. But it is still a demand of people affected by this practice.

However, in appropriate cases, the courts have given protection to the accused persons also that their particulars are not disclosed publicly. For that a separate application is to be moved on well corroborated grounds.

3. हम तत्काल आपको आपका रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर भेज देंगे। 
4. उसके बाद आप हमेशा अपने रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर के साथ ही हमसे संपर्क करेंगे।

For Registration

1. You have to make payment of Registration Fee through PayTM or Bank Transfer. Necessary information will be given to you.
2. Along with a screen shot of this Payment of Registration Fee you will send us your name, date of birth, mobile number, email address and the local address.
3. We will send your Registration number forthwith.
4. After that you will have to communicate with reference to your registration number.
