These are the Terms and Conditions Of Interaction with the Indian Legal System. These Terms and Conditions Of Interaction are inclusive with other general or special Terms and Conditions Of Interaction introduced by the Indian Legal System at appropriate places.
Indian Legal System is Legal Firm engaged in providing legal consultation to the seekers those who aspire to seek a correct and legal view of a solution to the problem which they or their known ones, friends, familiars or others in whom they are interested, face presently or likely to face in future. These legal consultations may suggest to provide already existing legal solutions e.g. filing a suit or a criminal complaint to an authority or before a Court of law or may be the ones which are not so common in practice but are of innovative origin e.g. seeking dissolution of a company or issuing additional shares/subscriptions etc. or it may be a varying combination of both types of solutions because the objective of the Indian Legal System would be to provide a law based solution by completely avoiding any violation of law in force.
For this purpose Indian Legal System means and will be construed as the advocates, associates, employees, assistants, collaborates, agents, authorized persons and entities etc. who appear to / interact with the member with the cyber/internet/ mobile/ computer-generated identity of the Indian Legal System.
Keeping in view the phishing and other kinds of cyber frauds or cyber bullying or other cyber malpractices contact with people of unknown individuals will be avoided. The Indian Legal System would deal with only those people who have at least a cyber identity which is verifiable in terms of their appearance on the platforms qua their cyber appearance e.g. their E-mails, mobile phone numbers, their local and working Bank account in their social environmental existence.
For this, a minimum amount within the capability of a common man is prescribed as a membership fee and this fee will solely be for the identification of the person interested in seeking membership of the Indian Legal System with a view to obtain its legal consultation as aforesaid. This small amount of membership fee will be for the purpose of meeting the manual expenses needed to keep the records synchronized with members’ general activities with the Indian Legal System.
For this reason, the membership fee is not a fee for any legal consultation but it is purely in the nature of administrative expenses in keeping that membership records updated. Hence, there is no concept for doing a membership undone because once a membership is opened it is for the member to keep his account updated and keep in touch with the Indian Legal System. Consequently, returning of membership fee is a meaning less concept.
THERE WILL BE NO UNDOING OF MEMBERSHIP AND NO REFUND WILL BE MADE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
It is solely within the discretion of the Indian Legal System to provide a complementary Free Primary Consultation to its members, yet the member cannot demand it as a matter of right. The membership of a member entitles him to receive Legal Consultation or other related Legal Services e.g. Cross Examination etc. for discounted services compared to those who are not members the Indian Legal System.
So far, as the services to the members are concerned the consultation fee will be suggested to the members and it is solely for the members to accept it or not. Any service or consultation etc. will proceed only thereafter i.e. the completion of an agreement between the members and the Indian Legal System. The payment of fees by the member will prima facie be evident to show that the agreement of service has been arrived at. Moreover if the payment is made in part then in that case the Indian Legal System will be having a prerogative to defer or adjourn or suspend or decline or do anything else, which deems to be appropriate in those circumstances against that member in or any other matter of that member.
The Fee decided by the Indian Legal System is solely under the discretion of the Indian Legal System yet in appropriate cases the amount of fees may be increased or decrease depending on the individual constraints etc. of the member or the complexities or lengthy solutions in the form of services. This increase or decrease in the fees will be solely in the discretion of the Indian Legal System. This includes the General Fee Structure devised for the services of the Indian Legal System or the Fees for preparing Cross Examination for the members or non members i.e. the Clients of the Indian Legal System.
The present service bouquet for the members is meant to provide online consultation in the form of Distant Advocacy. We do not undertake our members to give them a personal meeting always. If the members do need a personal meeting to achieve a purpose we may allow the same subject to further conditions in addition to the one given hereinabove, including some condition of payment of fees for personal meeting.
If any member is found committing cyber bullying, threatening, intimidating or using any vituperative influx of words or hampers the working or affects it adversely in any other manner, the Indian Legal System is hereby empowered to take steps against such member by blocking such member for a limited period or for ever or suspending / forfeiting his membership. Any other step of appropriate nature may also be taken against such a member of Indian Legal System.
If in any case, any dispute arises with a member which needs a legal settlement than that dispute will be handed over to an arbitrator to be appointed solely by the Indian Legal System and the place of arbitration/mediation/adjudication will be decided at the time of appointment of the said arbitrator/mediator/ reconciliator etc. Further to this set of Terms and Conditions to interact with the Indian Legal System may be modified any time solely decided by the Indian Legal System. Only The Law Of The Land in India will be competent to override the effects of these Terms and Conditions contained hereinabove.
BY USING THIS WEBSITE OR ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AS GIVEN ABOVE AND ALSO WITH THE FURTHER TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT.
